Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, although a bit smaller than expected. The service was excellent overall, with minor issues. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The dining experience was outstanding with a diverse selection. Facilities were top-notch. Great value for money overall.
The hotel is located in a busy part of town with a very comfortable King bed and good-sized bathroom, making it a great choice for Fest celebrations. The charming hotel bar is open until 1:00 AM for those who want to keep the party going.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of both positive and negative experiences. The room, right over the HB house, seemed ok at first glance with a very comfortable King bed and good sized bathroom. However, it was too small and noisy due to the main road partying all night during Oktoberfest. The hotel bar, charming and open until 1:00 AM, was a nice touch for continuing celebrations post-Fest.
The hotel is perfectly located, just a stone's throw from the lively Platz and steps away from the iconic Hofbraeuhaus. The rooms, while cozy, were impeccably clean and boasted comfortable beds. Despite the slight warmth, the air conditioning ensured a pleasant stay from an early check-in at 10am. The service was both personal and efficient, addressing requests promptly and warmly. The dining experience was a mix of European breakfast delights, even though they ran out of tea cups occasionally. The location couldn't have been better for exploring, with everything just minutes away. Overall, a stay offering great value for money.
The hotel had very nice, immaculate rooms with comfortable beds that put me right to sleep, although they were overpriced for the service. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making it a place I would definitely stay at again. The location was perfect for exploring Munich, with everything in easy reach, but the dining options seemed expensive compared to eating out.
I couldn't have asked for a better location; right across from the Hofbräuhaus and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The rooms, while basic, were clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable 7-night stay. The service was exceptionally helpful, especially after the airline mishap, and the staff even went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Dining offered a great variety, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel offers spacious and charming rooms with some of the finest bedding I've enjoyed in quite some time, although they tend to be noisy even on a higher floor. The location is excellent, just around the corner from the Marienplatz, providing easy access to the old city center. The dining experience is outstanding, offering a feast with a large range of continental style items. However, there might be noise issues, and the reception service lacks prompt reaction.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were fabulous, the staff were excellent and very helpful, and the location was superb. The dining experience was fantastic, with a lot of variety. However, the room was a bit warm at night, and the dining was very expensive.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great for sightseeing and the reception staff was very friendly. However, our room was noisy at night due to the kitchen fans, which we didn't expect when we paid extra for a courtyard view.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were warm and under-equipped but not terrible; they were on the smaller side and overlooked the Hofbräuhaus am Platzl. However, they offered an excellent coffee maker, bed linens, pillows, electrical outlets, bathroom facilities, and a great AC system. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the room had a refrigerator. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was superb, allowing us to easily walk to many tourist attractions and good restaurants. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a wide variety of items and even mimosas. Overall, the facilities were satisfying and catered to our needs.
